Villa Designs

The Cocoa Beach site of 450,000 square meters (45 hectares) has been designed to create a peaceful and stylish residential park environment with a lake and nature reserve offering a range of villas and apartments supported by the five star Boutique spa hotel, a Tennis Academy and a stunning Beach club.

Clients are able to select their position within the resort to meet their needs as we have priced the plots by both size and location within the resort, these are:

1. Beach front villas
2. Lakeside villas
3. Rural villas

Clients once they have selected their position/plot within the resort can choose from the following options;

1. Select a pre approved design from our retained Architects and enter into a  design and build contract with stage payments through to completion
2.  Work with an Architect of your choice and contractor to design and construct your perfect home, or use our appointed contractor to build for you.
3. The choice of a range of completed villas will be constructed by the developer and offered on the open market
4. The apartments once construction is underway will be made available as an off plan option.

Villa Rental Programme

For owners who are looking to create a return on their villa investment, our villa rental programme will be available. We have discovered through our research that there is a shortage of villas for rental and that there is no other resort on The Discovery Coast offering the range of services and quality that will be available at the Cocoa Beach Resort. The rental programme will be on a split revenue basis.
